Room Reservations/Rentals
Our Facility is Public
UC’s newly designed campus is open for the public to enjoy. We’ve hosted political town hall meetings, mayoral debates, training seminars, public discussions, and other events contributing to community progress (see Room Rental Policy and Room Rental Cost). Think of how we might host your next event or meeting at our state-of-the-art facilites. We have rooms that range from 8 seat Conference Rooms to a 131 seat auditorium (Avera Hall); additionally, almost all rooms have a computer, A/V equipment, and a projector. Are you looking to reserve a room for a DDN Conference? The Digital Dakota Network or DDN is a statewide interactive video communications system using compressed digital technology to provide a "meeting pipeline" across the State of South Dakota and the global community. This video component connects the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of state government, the Board of Regents, private universities, the four public technical schools, municipal governments and the K-12 community. Video sites or studios are located in government facilities, public and private universities, technical education institutions and high schools. Any business, school, organization, agency or individual may use the DDN video system for instruction, training, meetings and presentation purposes.
